Nicotto & Mam's donuts take up to 12 hours from the time they are made until they are on store shelves. By slowly fermenting the dough with natural yeast at low temperatures, the rich flavors of wheat and natural yeast overlap, creating a gentle taste and chewy texture that Japanese people love. These are one-of-a-kind donuts made only in our own workshop.
