Scoring Standard


Appearance account for 15% in the restaurant desserts category.

In the exquisite dining, appearance occupies a large part of the taste of your meal and is the first impression of the dish.

Taste account for 20% in the restaurant desserts category.

The richness, coordination of each bite, and other important points that are required for a delicious dessert.

Atmosphere account for 10% in the restaurant desserts category.

The atmosphere, experience, and enjoyment of the dining environment will make a veteran foodie’s rating of the restaurant go from 2 stars to 4 stars, which is a key element that cannot be ignored when tasting meals.

Ingredients account for 15% in the restaurant desserts category.

If your ingredients are natural and don’t contain additives, they will be highly recognized and praised by our GSA committee member.

 

Presentation account for 10% in the restaurant desserts category.

In addition to the taste of a delicious dish, the overall arrangement and configuration can affect one’s emotions mood when eating the dish.

Hygiene account for 15% in the restaurant desserts category.

If your restaurant maintains a very clean and tidy environment, your meals will surely be very safe and hygienic.

Innovation account for 15% in the restaurant desserts category.

In all creations, innovation is the most important key as it can once again exhibit a delicious dish’s greatest value and significance.

 
  • Desserts, desserts provided from buffets, and after exquisite meals are the main contents of the selections.

  • Desserts aren’t the only dish provided as desserts are regarded as one of the exquisite dishes in a set menu.

  • The perfect dessert can impress customers deeply and just like the ending of performances, a perfect finale can leave people hungry for more.

 Eligibility

  • Can prove that your restaurant complies with any hygiene and management certification (you must provide relevant certifications)

  • On-record stores that have passed government registration (you must provide relevant certifications)

  • There are store seats to provide services and a set of meal procedures that can provide main meals and side meals

  • Meets the aforementioned requirements or is nominated by the GSA committee

 


Selection process & Notice

To register for the Restaurant Dessert Quality Award, please fill in the application form for the restaurant dessert category and attach all of the necessary information with the application form. After the registration materials have been collected and all materials are qualified, the GSA committee will have a professional reviewer visit in person in the form of a commissioner to produce a comprehensive evaluation.

Applicant Status

Any restaurant dessert with good quality, style, and characteristics that can provide a complete meal process can register for the competition.
