Appearance account for 20% in the Commercial Product desserts category.

The packaging appearance of commercial desserts is an important basis for consumers to judge whether they will purchase the dessert or not. Packaging that has texture, is sealed well, preserves freshness, and conforms to the product is an important scoring item. 

 

Taste account for 25% in the Commercial Product desserts category.

Commercial desserts are one of the most important channels for consumers to buy desserts. The key to bringing joy to the consumers is the taste and layers of the desserts.

Ingredients account for 20% in the Commercial Product desserts category.

Pay attention to the diets and health of the consumers, the GSA will use your natural and additive-free ingredients as one of the main scoring items.

 

Issues account additional for 20% bonus in the Commercial Product desserts category. (5% more for each item)

  • It doesn’t matter when and where they appear, professionals that have talents and skills can always use the limited resources available to them to make all kinds of delicious food.

  • Desserts are indispensable as they serve as spiritual pillars to heal peoples’ souls.

  • Products not Ranging from products being sold in shops, commercial desserts available in stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, or online networks.

  • Any dessert that isn’t sold in actual stores or products with sealed packaging stores is eligible for registration in the commercial desert quality award.

 Eligibility

  • Approved by the health unit (relevant certificates must be provided)

  • Can prove that your pastry shop complies with any hygiene and management certification (ISO 90001, ISO14001, ISO22000, HACCP... etc. You must provide relevant certifications)

  • On-record stores that have passed government registration (you must provide relevant certifications)

  • Meets the aforementioned requirements or is nominated by the GSA committee

 

Selection process & Notice

To register for the commercial desserts Quality Award, please fill in the application form for commercial desserts, and attach the product and all necessary related information to the application form. After receiving the qualified registration materials and products, the GSA committee will then assign professional committee members to evaluate the products.

Applicant Status

For commercial products such as sweets sold in stores and supermarkets, your products must be in sealed packaging and must be eligible for registration in the commercial products Quality Award.
