Brand Story
Here at flaaah, we love working with sincerely sourced ingredients. From ingredients used in our wide range of freshly baked pastries, to sauce cooking. Lescure being our choice, was one of the first butter factories in the Charente region of France. Butter made smooth with concentrated grassy, hazelnut aromas. Flour used in the croissants are from Grands Moulins de Paris T55 - an authentic French flour Imported from the French mill of Grands Moulins de Paris.
