Cheryl Koh

Cheryl Koh studied at St. Nicholas Women's and Catholic Junior College, and then studied geography and European studies at the National University of Singapore. After graduation, she started to work full-time in the kitchen of Raffles Hotel and worked as a part-time student there. She worked there for a year and decided to work in a professional kitchen. She then moved to Paris to work in the Lasserre restaurant.
In two years, she moved to Dubai to work at Burj Al Arab Hotel. He then worked at Don Alfonso 1890 restaurant in Italy, and then at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong and Cepage restaurant. After the restaurant closed, she moved to Les Amis in Singapore, another restaurant in the same group. [1] In the same group as the restaurant, she also opened a dessert-only restaurant called Tarte by Cheryl Koh. In 2016, Koh was named "Asia's Best Pastry Chef" by "World's 50 Best Restaurants".
