Fortnum & Mason (F&M) has the "food fit for a queen" market cornered. The over 310-year-old upscale British department store, famous for its picnic hampers, jams, teas, and sauces, provides the Queen with her annual supply of Christmas puddings. Founded in 1707, the store in Piccadilly houses four bars, tea rooms, and restaurants; it has additional stores at Heathrow Airport and St. Pancras Station.
