Dinara Kasko Ukrainian architect-turned-pastry-chef has traded concrete and steel for mousse and meringue. Her mesmerizing designs have taken social media by storm with her instagram posts.  

Created by using algorithmic models and 3D technology to build silicone moulds, her luscious cakes are a feast for the eyes. Whether origami shaped or bubbles covered in fluff, all her glistening creations have a robotic appeal.

Over nine million people have watched the making of her dual-layer cherry cake. She conducts masterclasses from her studio in where she explains recipes, demonstrates every step and invites other pastry chefs to teach. Students flock from around the world and the classes are given in Russian and in English.

But for those who want a real taste of the action, Kasko is gaining fans off screen too. She has just opened a shop in Moscow, with Boston and Oman to follow.
